    Refunds & Exchanges top

    I do not accept returns on personalized items.  Please be sure to double check spelling, sizing, and color choices when placing your order.  If I have made an error on garment size/color/spelling (I will refer to the original order), I will do what I can to resolve the mistake.  

    Turn Around Time top

    We pride ourselves on fast service.  Although we usually finish personalized orders within a couple of days, please allow 14 business days to complete your order and place it in the mail.  Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and posted vacation times.   

    Shipping Charges top

    We ship items via USPS Priority Mail from Manchester, TN.  Depending on your location, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive your item.  Please be sure to calculate transit time when ordering your item.

    Rush orders top

    If you need me to ship your item before our customary 14 business days, please contact me to see if I can accomodate your needs.  If I can accomodate your request, please select the "PLEASE RUSH" option in the left column.  A $10 rush fee will be applied to EACH monogrammed item.

    I am ordering a gift. Can you ship it to the recipient? top

    Absolutely! Just let me know at the time of ordering that you would like the item to be shipped to another address.  I will include an enclosure card with your message and place the item in a clear celophane bag.  I will also send you a picture of the finished item. 

    I am a local customer; can I bring you an item to embroider? top

    If your item will fit in my machine, I will be happy to embroider it for you! Please visit the "Embroidery Services & Charges" page for pricing.   PLEASE NOTE:  I can not embroider one-of-a-kind items.  It is simply too stressful. Embroidery machines are known to ruin items and I do not want to take a chance of ruining your one-of-a-kind item.  Please do not bring me heirlooms, items that cannot be replaced easily, or any item that you cannot bear to be without!  

    "Due to limited storage space ....." top

    If you see the message, "Due to limited storage space, I may not have all the colors or sizes in stock.", it means that I may have to order the item from my supplier. Although this should not interfere with the 14 business day production time, I would recommend factoring an additional 2-3 days to receive your shipment.  If time is an issue, please contact me before placing the order.  

    How large can you make a monogram? top

    I can make a monogram as large as you like, but there are several factors to keep in mind.

    • The monogram size will depend on my machine & hoop limitations, and will also depend on the actual item you want embroidered.
    • The larger the design, the more stitches it will require.  This will affect the total cost of the design.  For more information, please refer to the Oversize design section.
    • As you increase the size of a monogram, the column width of each letter also increases.  This can present a problem and will determine which style of stitches will be used to create your monogram.  For more details, please refer to our section explaining the difference between stitch types.  

    Can I make changes to the color of a design? top

    Absolutely!  When ordering, please indicate your color preference in the product "Color preference" field.  If this field is not available, please add your comments in the "additional comments/request" field.  There is also opportunity to add comments during the checkout process.  

    What forms of payment do you accept? top

    I use Pay Pal which allows me to accept all major credit cards.  Local customers, in good standing, may pay with cash or personal check.  Pay Pal is the only way I can accept credit cards.
